Proactive care for one VPS or server: routine supported OS and service updates, basic security and availability checks, and support for the agreed configuration. £39/month. Scope and maintenance windows are confirmed in your onboarding ticket. Server costs, backup storage and licences are separate; major upgrades and project work are quoted separately.
Basic Jobs - Four Hours
Four hours of agreed basic technical work for £110 (£27.50/hour), paid once. Suitable for routine website changes, configuration and straightforward troubleshooting. Your onboarding ticket confirms the task list before work starts. Time is recorded and extra work requires approval. Hosting, licences and third-party purchases are separate.
